Reportedly, Trump was permanently barred from twitter and its service “due to the risk of further incitement of violence,” effectively cutting him off from his favorite megaphone on Jan. 8, 2021.
Now that Elon Musk has acquired Twitter, did he reactivate Trump’s twitter account?
FACTO CHECK
Our team scanned twitter to check whether Trump’s twitter account has been restored or not. We found a declaration by twitter mentioning the permanent suspension of Trump’s account. Here, we noticed that the real account name is different from the viral one.
The real username was @realDonaldTrump reportedly and the viral screenshot is taken with a username @TheUltGmr.
The real twitter account of Trump i.e. @realDonaldTrump is still found suspended.
However, Elon Musk reportedly has said, ‘following the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol was a “morally bad decision” and “foolish in the extreme.”’
“I think that was a mistake because it alienated a large part of the country and did not ultimately result in Donald Trump not having a voice,” said Musk, adding that he preferred temporary suspensions and other narrowly tailored punishments for content that is illegal or otherwise “destructive to the world.”
But this still does not point towards Musk restoring Trump’s account anytime soon.
To conclude, we also found a response to this fake screenshot that is enough to clear the clouds by tweeting, “If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me if Trump is coming back on this platform, Twitter would be minting money!”
If I had a dollar for every time someone asked me if Trump is coming back on this platform, Twitter would be minting money!

Conclusion
As per the investigation, it is clear that Twitter is not uplifting the suspension from Trump’s account anytime soon. The viral screenshot is fake.
