A video of Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia and close aide of Delhi’s CM Arvind Kejriwal is doing rounds across the social media platforms. It is being claimed that the Deputy CM is slamming the CM in the video for “No Vaccination, Only Ads”.
The viral video is divided into two windows — in the first window Sisodia can be seen speaking critically about the advertisement given in newspapers across India and in the other window a series of Kejriwal’s advertisement in multiple newspapers is being played out in synchronization with the first window of the video.

The video is doctored, the other window has been added to the original video. Manish Sisodia is actually criticizing the Modi government for spending too much on advertisement rather than spending the same amount in procuring the COVID-19 vaccine. However, the video has been cleverly doctored to make it look like Sisoda slamming Kejriwal.
We scrolled the Twitter timeline of Manish Sisodia and found a video of over 8 minutes of a press conference live-streamed on his handle on June 20. The 28 seconds viral video is clipped from this press conference video. At about 6 minutes 3 seconds, Sisodia can be heard saying the same thing as in the viral video. However, the press conference was done to criticize the Modi government on the mismanagement of vaccination and not to slam as can be seen in the original video attached below.

We also found the same video live-streamed on the official channel of Aam Admi Party (AAP) on June 20. The video is titled: “Modi Govt Vaccine के मुद्दे पर कर रही देश के लोगों को गुमराह”(Mod Government is misleading the people of the country on the issue of vaccine).

Conclusion:
The viral video is doctored, it was clipped from an 8 minutes press conference of Manish Sisodia slamming the Modi government on the mismanagement of vaccination and the second window is mischievously added to make it look like Sisodia attacking Kejriwal.
