The president of the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), Alessandro Stefanutto, resigned on Wednesday (23) after being the target of a Federal Police operation that investigates an alleged R $ 6.3 billion fraud scheme involving improper discounts on pensions and pensions. The departure occurs hours after President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) determined his dismissal.
