STF Most form to make defendants seven more per coup plot
The first class of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) formed a majority on Tuesday (6) to make defendants seven another reported by the coup plot during the government of former President Jair Bolsonaro.
To date, three of the five collegiate ministers have voted to accept the complaint of the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) against Nucleus 4 of the Army military and a federal police, who are accused of organizing misinformation to propagate false news about the electoral process and virtual attacks on institutions and authorities.
The votes were given by the ministers Alexandre de Moraes, rapporteur, Flávio Dino and Luiz Fux. The votes of Cármen Lúcia and Cristiano Zanin are missing.
