Former Minister asks Pix to pay Bolsonaro’s lawyers and doctors

Former Tourism Minister Gilson Machado launched a campaign via Pix to raise money for former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL). On social networks, Machado said Bolsonaro needs help to pay lawyers and doctors and help his son Eduardo Bolsonaro, who has licensed from the House and moved to the United States.

Bolsonaro has two public pensions, one from the army and one from the House, and receives money from the PL, party to which he is affiliated. In 2023, he raised more than $ 17 million via Pix, according to the report of the Financial Activities Control Board (Coaf).
