Trump’s new macArthism challenges US justice
The university appealed, and an expected injunction of justice suspended the effects of Trump’s ban.
The injunction, according to the operators of American law, was expected, because the deliberation of Trump had, in a preliminary judgment, discriminatory appearance, with intrusion in the university administration and impairment of legitimate revenues.
Today, the Court of Justice will confirm or not the injunction.
Outside the file, everyone knows that Trump wants revenge and, in his judgment, the way is to leave the university without official funds and no alternative source of income, cutting foreign students.
Another brake
A new framing of cutting wings that support Trump’s abusive flights came from the International Trade Court, a Federal Court.
