Lula summons ministers at the risk of defeat in Congress, with Light Account
President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has called for an emergency meeting with some of his main ministers on Tuesday morning in the signs that Congress can impose new defeats on the government and make the electricity bill out.

The defeat led the Planalto Palace to indicate that it will edit a new provisional measure to reduce this impact. Lula’s assistants, however, received signs from the congress that the government will have difficulty moving on with the subject.
