Toffoli calls for referral from INSS inquiries to STF after quote from Pinato and Onyx

Minister Dias Toffoli of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) determined the sharing of a series of inquiries linked to the so-called “Operation Without Discount” with the Court, in investigations into fraud in the INSS, the names of federal deputy Fausto Pinato (PP-SP) and former minister Onyx Lorenzoni.
