Families receive bodies exchanged from victims from Air India
In another case, remains arrived mixed. According to the lawyer, one of the families received the remains of more than one person in the same coffin. The separation had to be done before the burial.
The only thing family members want is their loved ones back. But some have received the wrong remains and are clearly disturbed by it. This already lasts a few weeks and I think these families deserve an explanation.

Airline did not comment. An Air India employee, however, spoke to the British newspaper The Guardian that the company did not participate in the identification of the bodies. According to him, the task was under the responsibility of the hospital.
