Dino Manda PF Investigate use of R $ 694 million in pix amendments
Minister Flávio Dino of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) gave a ten -day period to the Federal Court of Audit (TCU) to detail a total of R $ 694.6 million in PIX amendments that did not have a work plan presented. In this Sunday’s decision, Dino determines that these data should be sent to each Federal Police Superintendence, aiming at the establishment of a police inquiry.
Dino states that there is a “partial situation non -compliance with a court decision” for not presenting these plans.
Pix amendments are a way of sending resources by parliamentary to states and municipalities that are popular in the National Congress because it is of simpler execution. From this amendment, a deputy or senator can send funds directly to the account of a city hall or government – in “traditional” amendments the appeal is sent to a specific project or service.

In a series of decisions regarding parliamentary amendments, the Supreme Court determined the presentation of work plans for the execution of the pix amendments. This is a document with details on how the feature will be used.
In these previous decisions, the minister also determined the registration, by the beneficiaries, of the work plans of pix amendments regarding the 2020 to 2024 exercises.
Now, the TCU has informed the minister that 964 cases of unregistered work plans are remained for the period.
“Despite the advance – given that there were 8,263 plans not registered on 02/13/2025 and 6,760 on 03/19/205 – it remains partial situation breach of judicial decision, evidenced by the absence of work plans related to the destination of ‘amendments’ pix that totals transfers in the order of R $ 694,695,726.00” Minister in Sunday’s decision.
Given this, he determines that the president of the TCU, Vital do Rêgo Minister, add the identification of individual amendments regarding these 964 unregistered work plans, so that the information is sent to each Federal Police Superintendence, “aiming at the establishment of police inquiry.” The total amount of R $ 694 million corresponding to such work plans must also be individualized by state and municipality.
