Daniel Silveira asks for progression to the open regime after taking courses and reading books

The defense of former federal deputy Daniel Silveira asked on Wednesday, 27, to the Federal Supreme Court the progression of semi-open regime to open. According to the lawyers, Silveira also completed the education and school accounting courses, which allowed 15 days of redemption. The former deputy would also have completed 92 days of work, which offer a 30-day redemption and two hours of the sentence.
