Bolsonaro does not go to the opening of the trial of the coup plot in the STF
Former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) will not attend the opening session of the trial of the coup plot at the Supreme Court (STF), scheduled for Tuesday (2). The information is from S.Paulo Folha.
According to his lawyers, Bolsonaro faces constant crises of Hiccup, which even cause vomiting, which prevents him from participating in person in the beginning of the process that could result in more than 40 years in prison.
As a defendant, Bolsonaro can attend the trial, but, being under house arrest, will need the authorization of Rapporteur Alexandre de Moraes to leave home and attend the court.
