In Ukraine, Russia says he took village near Donetsk
Russian offensive continues on several fronts. Also according to AFP, Russia maintains advantage in soldiers and equipment and controls about 20% of the Ukrainian territory. In August, Kiev first admitted the presence of Russian troops in Dnipropetrovsk.
Russia announced village. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its troops won Novomikolaivka, a town near the Donetsk region.
Information has not been confirmed. The AFP agency stressed that it could not check the version released by Moscow. The Deepstate project, linked to the Ukrainian army, ensured that Novomikolaivka is still under Kiev’s control.
Dnipropetrovsk region is not part of the five of which Moscow claims annexation. They are Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Zaporizehzia and Crimea. On Friday, Ukraine President Volodimir Zelensky said Vladimir Putin wanted to “occupy all of Ukraine” and would not stop until they reach their goal, even if the Ukrainians decided to give way.
