Who is Ruy Ferraz Fontes, former Sao Paulo General General Assassinated in Praia Grande

Ruy Ferraz Fontes, murdered on Monday, 15, in Praia Grande, on the south coast of São Paulo, is former Sao Paulo general and was known for his performance against the First Command of the Capital (CCP) faction.

He was also at the head of the São Paulo State Police Station and was director of the Capital Judicial Police Department (Decap). Ruy took over the Praia Grande Secretariat of Administration in January 2023, remaining in the management that began in 2025.
