In just eight months since I took office, we guarantee commitments and money already paid for $ 17 trillion. Think about it: four years, less than one trillion. In eight months, much more than $ 17 trillion is being invested in the United States, and are now coming from all over the world. Hard to believe, because if you look back, just a year ago, it was millions and millions of people coming from around the world, from prisons, mental institutions, drug traffickers, around the world, they simply flooded our country with the Biden government’s open border policy. Our message is very simple: If you get illegally entering the United States, you will go to jail or go back to where you came from, or maybe even further than that, you know what it means.
I want to thank El Salvador’s country for their successful and professional work they did to receive and arrest so many criminals who entered our country, and it was under the previous government that the number became a record, and they are all being removed. We have no choice, and other countries have no choice, because other countries are in exactly the same situation with immigration. This is destroying your country and you have to do something about it. In the world scenario, America is respected again as never respected before. In May, I traveled to the Middle East to visit my friends and rebuild our partnerships in the Gulf, and these valuable Saudi Arabia relationships, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and other countries are now, I believe, closer than ever. My government negotiated a historical trade agreement after another, including with the United Kingdom, the European Union, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and many, many others. Similarly, in a period of only seven months, I ended seven endless wars. They said they were endless. You will never solve them. Some lasted 31 years, two of them, 31, think well, 31 years.
