After PEC of armor, amnesty vote should be postponed for lack of agreement

After the abrasion defeat of the Constitution Amendment Proposal (PEC) of the Senate Armage, the House articulators are more cautious about the Amnesty Project. The rapporteur of the proposal, Deputy Paulinho da Força (Solidarity-SP), had a meeting scheduled with David Alcolumbre (Union-AP) last night, which was unmarked.

Mayor Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB) minimized the malaise between the houses and denied any quarrel with alcohumbre, a day after the defeat of the Senate armor PEC.

Defenders of the Amnesty Proposal, now, just want to put the text in voting when you have an agreement built to approve in both houses. The initial forecast would be to vote next Tuesday, but should be postponed.

In addition to possible Rustes among those involved in the amnesty vote, which has already been called the PL of Dosimetry, it is still far from building an agreement in the House on the subject.

A PT -linked source said that in conversations with the party, Deputy Paulinho said he will present dosimetry to everyone, including Bolsonaro and generals. The idea displeases the PT, but also the PL, which says only accepts the total and unrestricted amnesty. Paulinho’s proposal would be to reduce the penalties within 11 years.

Deputy Colonel Chrisostomo (PL-RO) assured that the PL remains focused on amnesty, wide, general and unrestricted. He even defended the exchange of the rapporteur, since Paulinho da Força did not give this guarantee and said that the opposition preferred a more center rapporteur.

“But Deputy Paulinho has heard the echo of our voice. We are still persisting that only advances, after the negotiation with us of the opposition. The rapporteur wants the dosimetry, but the PL does not accept dosimetry, only amnesty,” said the friction.

Chrisostom believes it should not happen with amnesty what happened to the armor PEC. “The people understand that they are different things and the people want the amnesty.
And in the House, the amnesty has a majority, yes, ”he says.

PDT leader Mário Heringer (MG) said he has not yet been sought by the project rapporteur and does not believe the vote will happen next week. He bets that the vote that exempts income tax who earns up to $ 5,000 reais will pass ahead and should be voted next week before the amnesty.
