Second class of the Supreme Court has a majority to keep ‘Bald of the Bald’ and entrepreneur
The second class of the Federal Supreme Court made a majority on Sunday, 28, to maintain the custody of businessmen Antonio Carlos Camilo Antunes, the “Bald of the INSS”, and Maurício Camisotti in the Bulion Fraud Investigation to the National Social Security Institute (INSS) with undue discounts on retired and pensioners.
Ministers Edson Fachin and Kassio Nunes Marques followed the rapporteur’s vote, André Mendonça, in order to confirm the precautionary imposed on the pair in the operation without discount.
Dean Gilmar Mendes declared himself prevented to speak up about the arrests.

The measures were submitted to the referendum of the Second Class according to the decision of Mendonça, rapporteur. They are analyzed on trial at the STF virtual plenary that has a date to end next Friday, 3.
Minister Dias Toffoli, who also is part of the second class of the maximum court, has not yet spoken about the case.
The arrests were decreed on the 11th and fulfilled the next morning by the Federal Police. In the order, Mendonça founded the measures on the guarantee of public order; for the convenience of instruction; and to ensure the future application of criminal law.
The minister highlighted the “founded suspicions of relevant participation” of the Bald of the INSS and Camisotti in the illicit, as well as the “complex criminal structure” under suspicion. “This is a planned crime, with strategies for mocking illicit resources and participation of people with connections with state agencies,” he noted.
In order to decree the arrest of the pair, Mendonça also pointed out that there is evidence that entrepreneurs “would continue to commit crimes, seeking to hide or dilapidate the annual assets through illicit conduct and whiten the funds from the criminal scheme”.
The minister also cited a case, under investigation, of alleged threat of death, by the Bald of the INSS, to a witness of the investigation.
