Amnesty project faces rejection and has no date to be voted in the Chamber
The amnesty project, which has been called a dosimetry project by some parliamentarians, faces resistance on all sides. So much so that it did not enter the voting agenda of the House of Representatives this week as it was expected.
This Tuesday (30), the project rapporteur, Paulinho da Força (Solidarity-SP), met with PL President Waldemar Costa Neto. After the meeting, the rapporteur said that the PL, party of former President Jair Bolsonaro, should not give in and only accepts an unrestricted amnesty.
Paulinho continues to bet on the possibility of reducing the penalties and said that the dose of reduction will be the average of what he has heard from the parties.

Tomorrow morning (1), the rapporteur will meet with relatives of prisoners of January 8, 2023. He said he also called for meetings with Flávio Bolsonaro and Zé Dirceu and is still awaiting a meeting between the presidents of the House, Hugo Mota (Republicans-PB) and Davi Alcolumbre (Union-AP) to close the text.
The rapporteur acknowledges that he does not want to play a report without the “blessing” of the Senate, after the defeat of the Armage PEC at the reviewer, which was eventually buried by the senators in the Constitution and Justice Commission.
One of the biggest fears of some leaders and the rapporteur is to face a new senate vexation as it happened with the shielding PEC
President Hugo Motta said he is waiting for the rapporteur to finish the tour of the benches to define the possibility of guiding the project
Today, besides the meeting with the president of the PL, Paulinho da Força met with the PSD bench, which is quite divided. The tendency of leadership is to release deputies, in a possible vote, to vote according to their convictions.
At the end of the day, a meeting with the PCdoB bench, which, in this case, is totally against the proposal.
