Lindbergh goes to the TSE against pro-Flávio Bolsonaro “sticker”
Federal deputy Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ) filed a representation with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) against former minister Gilson Machado Neto (Podemos-PE) and senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), under the allegation of early electoral propaganda related to the 2026 presidential contest. The announcement was made through a publication on social media, this Thursday (19).
The action questions the legality of a video published by Gilson Machado, in which he publishes stickers with the phrase “The Northeast is with Flávio Bolsonaro 2026”, accompanied by the image of the senator.
For Lindbergh, the content explicitly promotes a possible candidacy before the start of the period allowed by electoral legislation.

PL activates TSE to produce evidence on tribute to Lula in Sapucaí
Although it is not calling for Lula’s impeachment for now, the PL alleges that there is “founded evidence” of “abuse of political and economic power”
In the petition, the parliamentarian requests that the TSE order the removal of the material within 24 hours and prohibit new publications of similar content. It also calls for a minimum daily fine of R$10,000 to be set in case of non-compliance.
The deputy also requests that the case be forwarded to the Public Electoral Ministry (MPE), to investigate possible abuse of political power and misuse of the media. He argues that Gilson’s actions, having held the position of minister and being an ally of Flávio Bolsonaro, could influence the electorate and compromise the equality of the dispute.
Gilson Machado made his affiliation with Podemos official on Friday (13). On the occasion, he criticized the Liberal Party (PL), a party he left in January, and stated that “the right has no owner”. He also declared that he had received “carte blanche” to support Flávio Bolsonaro in a possible presidential candidacy.
