Tarcísio says he is sure that the meeting with Flávio on Wednesday will be positive

The governor of the State of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), said this Saturday (21), in a conversation with journalists, that he is certain that the meeting he will have with the senator and candidate for Pension of the Republic for the Liberal Party (PL), Flávio Bolsonaro, will be very positive. According to the president, the meeting will discuss a project for the country, guidelines and public policies that “the left has stopped offering”.

Tarcísio promises support

Asked what he thinks of the assessments of some right-wing parties that a single ticket headed by Flávio would be better to face and defeat Lula in the presidential election, the governor avoided criticizing the other candidates and limited himself to saying that he will give his full support to the candidate, son of Jair Bolsonaro. “We will give Flávio Bolsonaro our full support,” said Tarcísio.

The governor participated this Saturday in the inauguration of a square in the municipality of Embu das Artes, in greater São Paulo. Because it has integrated a new Professional Qualification School, with free training courses in the areas of fashion and art, beauty and well-being, gastronomy, IT, civil construction and administration, the space was named Praça da Cidadania and will be coordinated by the State Social Fund.

Asked during the interview what he thinks about the silence of the presidents of the Chamber of Deputies, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), and of the Senate, Davi Alcolumbre (União-AP), regarding the investigations involving Banco Master, Tarcísio avoided answering. But he endorsed the demonstration against Lula and STF ministers Alexandre de Moraes and Dias Toffoli called by deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) for March 1st in the wake of investigations into the Master case.

“Nikolas is capturing the population’s feeling of indignation, that there is no more and that something has to be done,” he said. The governor also said that he is not yet discussing the choice of his vice-president in the race for re-election.
