PEC 6×1 rapporteur will be appointed at the beginning of this week, says Hugo Motta
The president of the Chamber of Deputies, Hugo Motta (Republicanos-PB), stated this Sunday (22) that the PEC rapporteur that ends the 6×1 scale in the House’s Constitution and Justice Committee (CCJ) will be appointed at the beginning of this week. The statement appears in a video published on Motta’s Instagram. According to the parliamentarian, the decision was agreed in a meeting with the president of the commission, deputy Leur Lomanto Júnior (União-BA).
“The rapporteur for the proposal in the commission will be appointed at the beginning of this week. We also agreed that the processing of admissibility will take place until the end of March. The debate will be expanded in the special commission that will be created after processing in the Constitution and Justice Commission”, he stated.
In the video, Motta states that the discussion is legitimate, but considers that it needs to be done responsibly. “In addition to listening to the workers, the union representatives, we also want to listen to those who employ, the businesspeople, so that all of this is conducted without radicalism, without imposition and without improvisation, with a commitment to our country”, he said.
