Haddad: There are vulnerabilities in the Tarcísio government, but I don’t know if it is possible to attack them
The Minister of Finance, Fernando Haddad, stated this Tuesday, 3rd, that there are loopholes to be attacked in the Tarcísio de Freitas administration in São Paulo, but that he does not know if it is possible to do so due to the shielding that he believes the governor has. He gave an interview to the program Alô, Alô Brasil by journalist José Luiz Datena, on National Radio.
“I have received information, including from the base, the teaching profession, the base, the police, which is showing a very high degree of dissatisfaction. But I don’t know to what extent it is possible to explore this because of the shielding that is done to Tarcísio. There is no talk about the government, there is no talk about achievement, there is no talk about anything”, he stated.
I should have a meeting this week to hammer out the candidacy, says Haddad

He even criticized the press for not addressing the governor’s vulnerabilities, saying that the media has sides and there is no balance in coverage.
Haddad avoided placing himself as a candidate for government, despite being considered for the race, saying that whoever the name is will have to attack Tarcísio’s vulnerabilities. He even mentioned that he could be a government program coordinator.
“We’ve never had a progressive government in São Paulo. It’s important to say… As far as it depends on my collaboration, as program coordinator or whatever, I’m going to run so that we can discuss projects. And stop this thing, this street fight that doesn’t lead anywhere. Discuss projects, discuss ideas, discuss programs”, he declared.
