Flávio Bolsonaro suggests repealing Tax Reform on consumption
The pre-candidate of the Liberal Party (PL) for the Presidency of the Republic, senator Flávio Bolsonaro (RJ), signaled this Friday a possible attempt to revoke the Tax Reform on consumption, approved through a constitutional amendment. He stated that the change did not simplify the tax collection system.
“A series of new taxes were created, with very high rates, the sin tax was created, whatever that is. So, obviously, if we don’t reform, we don’t revoke this reform for a really simplified reform and that is not a neutral reform, as it was called in the discussion for the National Congress”, he declared.
