PF points out the use of hackers, AI and militiamen in a structure linked to Vorcaro

The Federal Police detailed how the alleged structure created by former banker Daniel Vorcaro would work, involving cyber attacks, falsification of public documents, illegal monitoring and physical intimidation groups.

Reports obtained by the PF describe the activities of groups made up of hackers, police officers, militiamen and financial operators who would act to protect interests linked to the founder of Banco Master.

The information was made public this Sunday (17), in a report shown by Fantástico, from TV Globobased on documents from the sixth phase of Operation Compliance Zero, authorized by Minister André Mendonça, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF).

According to investigators, the scheme was divided into two main arms. One of them worked in the digital environment, using technology and artificial intelligence for virtual attacks, taking down profiles and clandestine monitoring. The other carried out face-to-face actions of pressure and intimidation.

Group used hackers and AI

The digital nucleus was known internally as “Os Meninos”. The PF states that the group carried out cyber intrusions, information tracking and operations to remove content and profiles from the internet.

The investigation points to David Henrique Alves, aged 23, as responsible for coordinating the technological arm. According to the PF, he received R$35,000 per month.

David was approached by the Federal Highway Police in March, on the same day as Daniel Vorcaro’s arrest, carrying a desktop computer and three notebooks. As there was no court order against him at that time, he was released. Since Thursday (14), however, he has been considered a fugitive.

Another person under investigation is Victor Lima Sedlmaier, arrested in Dubai in a joint operation involving Brazilian, United Arab Emirates and Interpol authorities.

In a statement after arriving in Brazil, Victor stated that he had been providing technological services to the group since 2024 and developed software for the structure. He also said that he received a monthly salary of R$2,000, in addition to bonuses.

Physical intimidation

The second arm of the structure was called “The Gang” and, according to the PF, functioned as an operational nucleus of physical pressure against enemies and people considered threats to Vorcaro’s interests.

Investigators claim that the group brought together active and retired federal police officers, bicheiros and militia members.

The PF appoints Henrique Vorcaro, father of the former banker, as responsible for financing and operating this structure. Among the episodes mentioned is an alleged action directed at journalist Lauro Jardim, columnist for the newspaper The Globe.

The report shown by TV Globo also presented reports from former Vorcaro employees in Angra dos Reis. A former yacht captain claimed he was approached by men wearing combat boots and black clothing. A former chef reported that he was approached inside a hotel by people who said they were acting on behalf of the former banker.
