Act in SP aims at Trump’s tariff, fortune taxation and 6×1 scale

Thousands of people participated in the night of Thursday (10) in a demonstration on Paulista Avenue, in São Paulo, asking for the taxation of super rich, the end of the six-day resting scale by a rest (6×1) and condemning the tariff imposed on Brazil by US President Donald Trump. The act began at 18h in front of the São Paulo Art Museum (MASP).

With Mote Centrão, the enemy of the people, the demonstration was organized by the Brazilians popular and people without fear, with the support of the union centrals and social movements. The act occurs not only in São Paulo, but in other places such as Brasilia, Belo Horizonte, Salvador, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza, Curitiba, Maceió, Florianópolis, Vitória, Cuiabá and São Luís.

In Paulista, the act occupied and closed both directions of the avenue in the block in front of the Trianon Park. In addition, the protesters also occupied a part of the following block, where the headquarters of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) is located. Politicians like Érika Hilton, Eduardo Suplicy, Rui Falcão and Nabil Bonduki were at the scene.
