After denying agreement, Iran suggests the beginning of the ceasefire against Israel
Minutes earlier, the minister had also denied the X agreement agreement or the end of military operations. At 9:46 pm (Brasília time), Abbas Araye stated that his country did not start the war and that if Israel would stop the attacks until 4am from Tehran (9:30 pm in Brazil), Iran would not continue with their actions. “The final decision on the interruption of our military operations will be taken later,” he said at the time.
At about 11 pm GMT, the Israeli FDI (Defense Forces) said they had identified Iran’s launched missiles towards Israel. Alert sirens were heard in various parts of the country, according to Israel. Iran has not yet manifested itself on the Israeli statement.
Trump announced the ceasefire
Earlier, Trump stated that Israel and Iran had reached an agreement for the “complete and total” ceasefire. According to the US President, the suspension of the attacks would begin with Iran around 1 am. After this period, Israel should follow the truce. “During each ceasefire, the other side will remain peaceful and respectful,” added the president, noting that the end of the conflict will take place within 24 hours.
The Republican called the “12 -day war” conflict and said the end of the attacks would be greeted by the world. “Starting from the principle that everything will work as it should, what will work, would like to congratulate both countries, Israel and Iran, because they have resistance, courage and intelligence to end what should be called the 12 -day war,” he wrote on his social social network.
Israel has not yet positioned itself on the supposed ceasefire.
