15 Jan (Reuters) – The vice-president and minister of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services, Geraldo Alckmin, said this Thursday that he expects the trade agreement between Mercosur and the European Union to come into force in the second half of this year.

In an interview with CanalGov’s ‘Good Morning, ‌Minister’ program, Alckmin also said ​that a trade agreement between Mercosur and the United Arab Emirates is ‘in place’.
