Black boxes from plane that crashed in Kazakhstan will be sent to Brazil
The black boxes of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane that crashed last Wednesday (25), in Kazakhstan, and which may have been hit by Russian anti-aircraft missiles, will be sent to Brazil as part of the investigation into the accident, Kazakh authorities reported in this Sunday (29).
The Accident Investigation Committee “decided to send the flight recorders (black boxes) to Cenipa (Center for the Investigation and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents) of Brazil, which is also the country that manufactures Embraer planes,” Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport said in a statement after the accident that left 38 people dead.
