Bolsonaro has good clinical evolution, but there is no forecast of high ICU, says bulletin

Former President Jair Bolsonaro had a good clinical evolution on Monday (14) after undergoing a long surgery on Sunday to treat intestinal adhesions, and is not expected to discharge from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), reported medical report released in the late afternoon.
According to the DF Star Hospital Bulletin, where Bolsonaro is hospitalized, the former president is awake, oriented and has no pain, bleeding or any other complications.

“Throughout the day, he sat on the bed and began assisted deambulation, with no forecast of the intensive care unit discharge,” added the document, signed by six doctors.
The head of the team who operated the former president, doctor Claudio Birolini, said earlier that Bolsonaro’s surgery was complex and delicate due to previous operations in the same region in recent years, after he had a stabbed in September 2018 during an event of the election campaign in Juiz de Fora (MG).
The 70-year-old former president was hospitalized on Friday (11) after experiencing severe abdominal pain during a visit to the city of Santa Cruz, in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte. On Saturday (12), he was transferred by Air ICU to Brasilia.
