Jornalista Juliana Marins caiu em trilha do vulcão Rinjani, na Indonésia

Advertiser Juliana Marins, 26, stumbled and slipped during the trail on Friday night (20), according to the family. She rolled from the mountain and ended up about 300 meters below the trail path on the Rinjani volcano on Lombok Island. With that, he was weakened and could not move.

Juliana stayed at the scene for more than four days. During the rescue operations, rescue teams tried to get closer to where the Brazilian was, but could not get to her. Climate factors also prevented team attempts from rescuing.

The Brazilian was found dead yesterday 600 meters deep in Mount Rinjani. The information was confirmed by her family on social networks, Itamaraty and the local government. A native of Niterói, in Rio de Janeiro, Juliana was doing a backpack through Asia with a tourism agency, and decided to make the trail around the natural landscape on Lombok Island.

The cause of the Brazilian death is not known, nor the day and time of death. Indonesian authorities should autopsy before releasing the body to go with their family to Brazil.
