Can Pope have beer? In BH, Robert Prevost posed with beer in hand

Other popes have also been seen drinking beer. A photo of Pope Benedict 16 circulated on social networks. The image is from 2015, when he celebrated his 90th birthday.
In a Catholic group they were offended that I posted our dear Pope Benedict XVI having beer. People who like him. What do you think? pic.twitter.com/izxwmlpsx5

There is no prohibition on Catholicism for alcohol consumption. André de Almeida, Professor of Moral Theology at PUC-SP, explains that the only guidance is regarding the excess of alcohol consumption.
In the Bible, there is no text that isolated ‘condemn the use of alcohol; What happens is that there are people with excessive moralism who project in biblical texts, reading them in a reductionist manner. What the Bible indicates is this: all that exists is for the enjoyment of the human being; All in excess explicit a human imbalance. In Catholicism, there is no prohibition on alcohol; It is obvious that alcoholism is not a religious problem, but a psychic deviation that hides a foul/absence.
