Cardinal convicted of corruption says he will go to the conclave even with prohibition

Cardinals cannot maintain any kind of communication with the outside. It is prohibited to send electronic messages or feed profiles on social networks, for example.
Conclave begins at least 15 days after a Pope’s death or resignation and can be postponed in 20 days. For the election, the cardinals pass in a procession of the Pauline chapel to the sistine. Then the doors are closed, the keys removed. Inside the chapel, the isolation is ensured by the Cardinal Cardeal. It was, by the mayor of the Pontifical House.
In theory, every man considered suitable can be elected Pope. But for centuries, only cardinals have been chosen.
All cardinals under 80 years participate in the vote. According to the CNBB, religious that surpass this boundary age do not vote, but can be elected.
To be chosen, a cardinal will need at least two thirds of the votes. Cardinals have no right to abstain or to vote for themselves.
