Chamber grants a 127 -day license to Carla Zambelli; Colonel Tadeu Assumes
“The House of Representatives published, on Thursday (5), the license of Deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP), filed prior to the decision of the Supreme Court. The information was released on a social network of the House.
According to the post, “the STF’s decision regarding the parliamentarian was received on Wednesday (4) and the blockade of values provided for therein had the compliance determined by the presidency of the house.”
The post adds that “the House has not been notified of the other items of the decision, which is why there are no other steps to be taken so far.”
According to a document from the House of Representatives, Carla Zambelli first took a 7 -day license for health treatment and another 120 days, from July 5, to deal with a particular interest. In total, the deputy will be 127 days away.
Deputy Carla Zambelli is out of the country in Italy, she said, after being unanimously convicted by the Supreme to 10 years in prison for the crimes of invasion of a computer device qualified by economic damage and ideological falsehood.
