Comedian creates company to insult bosses anonymously: ‘Voice for the people’

BySimon Rousseau Posted onDecember 1, 2024 1:31 am

“You look like the Penguin from Batman!” In one of his most viral videos, White goes to a company whose employees accused the boss of treating black workers differently and saying that ‘Juneteenth’, a holiday celebrated on June 19 for the end of slavery in the USA, was not a ” real holiday.” White even read some complaints about the man, such as “he doesn’t like black people” and “he increases the (sales) target three days before closing so as not to pay bonuses”, before he closes the company’s doors and asks White leave.

What we do is: people go to my website, make a complaint about their boss or supervisor, something like that. We go to their work, reprimand and curse (the bosses). Anything you want to say to your boss that you can’t say, contact us and we’ll show up and say it.
Calimar White, founder of OCDA, in an interview with RealLyfe Productions

“It’s a real company, with real complaints,” says White. He points out that many think that the OCDA only serves as a comedy act, but that in reality it wants to “defend people in the workplace”. “I believe I can make an effective change in the world”, he points out.

White was even arrested for pretending to be a government agent. On the RealLyfe Productions channel, White stated that police officers came to his house with rifles in hand, with the intention of arresting him and confiscating all his electronic devices. He had been reported several times for pretending to be part of OSHA, a government agency that works to ensure safe working conditions. White says that his badge had the OSHA acronym on it, but that he “didn’t know it was a government agency.” He was released on bail and had other encounters with the police during his activities, but was never arrested again.

OCDA is non-profit, but charges $6 for each complaint. White explained that he wants to be “a voice for the people” and that what happens in the videos is completely true.
