Deport 4 -year -old child with cancer reveals a plan of dehumanization in the US
The American Civil Entity Liberties Union (ACLU) reported that employees of the Department of Immigration and Customs (ICE) of New Orleans deported their mother and three children from two, four and seven years old for Honduras.
The child and his family members were arrested during a routine appointment at a New Orleans immigration office on April 22. The family has lived in the US for years and has been “deported in deeply worrying circumstances that raise serious concerns about due process of law,” Aclu said.
In a hundred days of government, Trump attacked the rule of law, the institutions of democracy, journalism, academic freedom, human rights and opened an offensive against the most vulnerable populations.
But the case of the child with cancer reveals that it is not “just” from a turn to conservative values or an action to curb irregular immigration. It is also a dehumanization project, designed with hatred and misinformation.
Barbarism as a state policy.
Establishing fear and declaring that Latinos are not welcome are not just policies to protect borders. In his speeches and acts, Trump creates the “other” to be fought.
