Did Wade Wilson die? Where is the ‘beautiful and cruel’ convicted of killing women
Wilson, then 25, met Kristine Melton, 35, and her friend, Stephanie Sailors, on October 7, 2019 at a bar in Fort Myers, Florida. According to trial testimony, the trio left the establishment after it closed and went to the home of a man, Jayson Shepard, where they stayed for hours before leaving in the morning.
Afterwards, Kristine, Stephanie and Wilson went to Kristine’s house in Cape Coral, Florida. After some time, Stephanie left and the man strangled the owner of the residence to death while she slept. The man also stole the victim’s car and drove to meet his girlfriend, Melissa Montanez, local newspaper The News-Press reported.
Melissa refused to get into the car where Wilson was and was attacked. Despite this, she managed to escape. Then, a short time later, the man saw 43-year-old Diane Ruiz walking down a Cape Coral street and pretended to ask her for directions.
Wilson lured Diane into the car and tried to strangle her. The criminal even drove to a vacant lot, beat and strangled the victim after she tried to escape. He even pushed the woman out of the car and ran over her 10 to 20 times.
After the crimes, Wilson allegedly called his father, Steven Testasecca, several times. The criminal said that he had killed two women and narrated details of his actions. The father then put the phone on speakerphone and Wilson’s biological mother listened and passed on the information the man told the police.
Wilson’s father asked his son’s location and said he would send a car via app. However, Testasecca reported the man’s whereabouts to the police. He fled but was arrested on October 8, 2019.
