Minister Flávio Dino of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Approved on Wednesday (26) the work plan in which Congress pledged to identify the deputies and senators responsible for the budget amendments and the beneficiaries of the transfers.

The minister’s decision also releases the payment of this year’s amendments and previous years that were suspended by court decisions.

Congress commitment was sent on Tuesday (25) to the minister, who is a rapporteur of the processes dealing with the transparency measures determined by the Court to pay the amendments.

After the decision, the National Congress approved a resolution that changed the rules of distribution of resources by rapporteur amendments to comply with the court’s determination.

However, PSOL, the party that filed the action against the amendments, pointed out that the decision continued to comply.

After the retirement of Minister Rosa Weber, original rapporteur of the case, Flávio Dino took over the case.

In August last year, Dino It determined the suspension of the amendments and decided that transfers should follow traceability criteria. The minister also determined that the CGU audit the transfers of parliamentarians through secret budget amendments.

Last month, Flávio Dino suspended parliamentary amendments to NGOs due to the lack of transparency.
