In the document, the minister determined that they be attached to the inquiry links of posts and interviews conducted by Eduardo with what he called “attacks on the Supreme Court on social networks”. In one of the posts, Bolsonaro’s son refers to Moraes as “dictator” and “toga gangster”, as well as stating that his decisions are “censorship and coercion measures.”

This Friday, 18, Moraes ordered precautionary measures against the former president and had his decision confirmed by the majority of the 1st class of the Supreme Court. Bolsonaro has been the target of Federal Police (PF) searches, will wear anklet and is forbidden to access social networks. The PF pointed out that Bolsonaro has acted to make it difficult to judge the coup process and said that actions could characterize coercion crimes in the course of the process, obstruction of justice and attack on national sovereignty.

After the operation, on Friday, Donald Trump’s secretary of state, Marco Rubio, announced the immediate revocation of the American visa of Moraes, his allies at the Court and direct family members. This is the first sanction adopted by the US government directly against the minister.
