“Every day, the White House presents us with a dose of illegality and evil,” says Obama

Former US President Barack Obama harshly criticized Donald Trump’s government this Saturday (01), in a speech to more than 7,000 people at a campaign rally in Virginia in support of Abigail Spanberger, Democratic candidate for governor of the state.

Obama said Trump addresses issues such as immigration, health care policy, economic inequality and a focus on cultural issues to distract from real problems. According to him, the United States and its politics are “in a pretty grim situation right now.”

“It’s hard to know where to start, because every day, this White House presents us with a new dose of lawlessness, recklessness and evil, pure madness,” Obama highlighted.

The former US president concluded that the country’s future depends on leaders who serve the people, not political interests or large donors. “We have a president who thinks he can use the Justice Department to go after his political opponents.”
