Flávio Dino releases amendments for 3 NGOs with CGU oversight of resources
The minister Flavio Dinofrom Federal Supreme Court (STF)released this Saturday (25) the transfer of parliamentary amendments to three of the 13 NGOs that had been prevented from receiving the amounts for not complying transparency standards.
The Euclides da Cunha Foundation for Institutional Support to the Fluminense Federal University (FEC), the Besouro Institute for Social Development and Research and the Irmandade da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Sorocaba benefited.
The entities had been cited in a report by the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) on non-governmental organizations and third sector entities that, according to the CGU, do not adopt adequate transparency mechanisms or do not disclose information about the application of funds from parliamentary amendments .

Dino released the money after the Comptroller General of the Union itself reported that the entities made adjustments and now meet the requirements to receive the resources.
The CGU concluded that the entities “provide an easily accessible transparency page, present information on parliamentary amendments intended for them and, therefore, comply with transparency requirements”.
The minister maintained the order for the Comptroller General of the Union to monitor the application of resources, through audits. Dino argued that monitoring is necessary to “reinforce the preventive dimension of the sequence of decisions in the structural processes related to the execution of parliamentary amendments” and “definitively remove (or not) any remaining doubts about the entities”.
It is the second decision by the minister that released previously suspended transfers. On the 14th, Dino approved the data sent by the Brazilian Union of Education and Assistance (Ubea).
