Former advisor to Alexandre de Moraes threatens to make revelations against the minister
The former advisor of Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Eduardo Tagliaferro, said on Wednesday, 30, that he will make a revelation about the magistrate. “It destroyed my life and that of several people, this is little, so I will be showing to Brazil who is Alexandre de Moraes, and the backstage of his office,” he said on social network.
In an interview with the magazine Timelinethe former advisor said he left Brazil and gone to live in Italy, where he could act to denounce the minister. Tagliaferro said he had evidence to denounce Moraes’s performance in his office. “I have a lot,” he said.
Without giving more details, Tagliaferro stated that “only right things came into the case and nothing left.” “It caught my attention.”

The STF was sought to comment on the statements of the former advisor and the Estadão awaits return.
The former advisor asked followers on Instagram to support him by sending money donations. Tagliaferro released his Pix key and asked for help to “fund this mission for the truth.”
Tagliaffero was appointed by Moraes in August 2022 to hold the position of chief advisor to the Special Advisory to confront disinformation, an agency that was submitted to the presidency of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).

The former advisor is graduated in Civil Engineering and Law from University Paulista. He is also a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV).
The intelligence core had been created by Moraes to align procedures with state military police and discuss preventive security issues during the elections.
In April this year, Tagliaferro was indicted by the Federal Police (PF) for the leakage of conversations of Moraes Offices in the STF and the TSE. The PF imputes the former advisor to the crime of violation of functional confidentiality with damage to the public administration.
At the time, Tagliaferro’s defense denied his involvement in the leakage of conversations. “My client reiterates, categorically, that he was not responsible for the alleged leakage. We hope that the attorney general’s Attorney General can verify the fragility of the investigation and does not welcome the lessons contained in the police report,” said the expert’s lawyer.
In the final report of the investigation, referred to the Federal Supreme Court, the Federal Police stated that messages obtained in the inquiry prove the “materiality” of the crime. The expert’s cell phone was seized during his testimony to the PF in Sao Paulo in August 2024.
Prison for domestic violence
Tagliaffero was dismissed from the TSE in May 2023, after being arrested in the act in Caieiras, Greater São Paulo, for domestic violence.
The expert’s wife told police that the then electoral court advisor came home “altered” and threatened her. A discussion began, in which Tagliaferro went to his room, took a firearm and fired once. After the shot, the woman ran to the garage with her daughters. The case was registered as domestic violence, firearm shooting and threat.
