Future Intelligence: Lula failed for 59.1% and approved by 37.1% of Paulistas

President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) is disapproved for 59.1% and approved by 37.1% of São Paulo voters, according to a survey of future intelligence. Another 3.8% of respondents did not know or abstained to give their opinion on petista management.

In government assessment, most (54.1%) consider management bad or terrible. Only 17.7% consider the administration of the regular petista. Lula’s work is evaluated as good and great for 27.2% of respondents.

The country’s economic condition is seen as terrible for most Paulistas (65.1%), with little satisfactory highlight to combat the increase of prices and the child of jobs. However, inflation is the third largest concern of respondents (15.9%), the first being health (26%), followed by education (21.8%).

The survey also indicates that Lula performs lower than that of Governor Tarcisio de Freitas (Republicans) in terms of popularity in the state. The chief executive of São Paulo has 66.9% of voters at the same time as 48.2% of Paulistas who classify their management as great or good.

Other powers

Like President Lula, the National Congress and the Federal Supreme Court (STF) also record negative assessment in São Paulo, although in a lower proportion. The failure of the work of the National Congress reaches 49.9%. Only 13.8% of voters consider it great or good while 32.1% evaluate as regular.

In relation to the Supreme Court, most (46.4%) evaluate power as terrible. The percentage of those who believe that the work is regular or good is close, being 23.1% and 27%, respectively.

Future Intelligence survey interviewed 1,000 voters from the state of São Paulo, 16 or older and between April 5 and 9. The approach used was CATI (computer assisted telephone interview). It has an error margin of 3.1 percentage points (PP) and 95%confidence index.
