German Chancellor suggests that I find Ukraine takes place in Europe

The summit between Trump, Zelensky and Putin could take place in Europe, the German chancellor, despite the arrest warrant of the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the Russian president, suggested on Saturday.

“I believe (…) that such a tripartite meeting will occur. The date and the place are yet to define (…) we proposed that the place is in Europe,” said Friedrich Merz in an interview with German broadcasters NTV and RTL, broadcast on Saturday and from which AFP obtained a textual copy in advance.

“Perhaps this should be where these conversations happen permanently,” added the German leader, not to mention any specific city or country.
