Haddad: I clarify that no tax measure was negotiated with BC

Finance Minister Fernando Haddad said on Thursday (22) that no fiscal measure announced today by the portfolio was negotiated with the Central Bank.

At X, Haddad contradicted his executive secretary Dario Durigan, who stated earlier that the changes in IOF had been dealt with with the president of the municipality, Gabriel Galipolo.

“Regarding the advertised tax measures, I clarify that none of them have been negotiated with the BC,” he wrote, without adding more details.
