Haddad suggests buying exports that stop going to the US
The main skeleton of the plan is already with President Lula (PT). “We took to the president what I called the contingency plan, with numerous measures that the president will be able to pinch the plan and announce when he is convenient. They are already properly designed and budgeted,” he said, without going into details.
Pix and rare land
Haddad also wants the rare lands with the US. He said Brazil cannot give up negotiating with “the world’s largest economy,” and that the two countries should intensify “bilateral trade, especially strategic investments,” such as rare lands and difficult to extraction critical minerals. This is the case of niobium, lithic, titanium and tantalum, which add up to the so -called rare lands: 17 chemical elements found in some minerals.
The United States is not rich in these minerals. We can make cooperation agreements to produce more efficient batteries. In the technological area, we have a lot to learn, we also have a lot to teach.

The minister also quoted the Pix, which he intends to ask the US to accept him. “It is a technology developed by the Brazilian state that has been considered by economists, including Nobel Prizes of Economics, the future of digital currency in the world, our Pix,” he said. “For those who are afraid of crypture, for those who are afraid of desolarization. We have a technology that may interest, may be very interested in the world.”
