Hytalo case: “reality” creator with young people receives 11 years in prison for exploitation
The Paraíba Court sentenced influencer Hytalo Santos to 11 years and 4 months in prison for producing pornographic content involving teenagers. His husband, Israel Vicente, known as Euro, was sentenced to 8 years and 10 months. The information is from G1.
In addition to the closed regime sentences, the magistrate set compensation for moral damages in the amount of R$500,000. The sentence also maintained the couple’s preventive detention, with the understanding that the grounds that justified precautionary custody remain.
According to the decision, the couple promoted activities with teenagers that would have a structure described as a controlled environment, comparable to a “reality show”, in which young people were placed in situations considered inappropriate for their age group.

‘I’m not carnivalesque’, says Lula about criticism of samba school parade
“I didn’t do the samba-enredo. I didn’t take care of the floats. I was just honored in a wonderful song,” said Lula
The judge noted that there was permissiveness, including the supply of alcoholic beverages, in addition to failures related to food and school attendance. For the magistrate, the crimes were committed with the exploitation of the victims’ vulnerability.
The case gained national attention after the release, in August 2025, of a video published by YouTuber Felca about the adultization of minors on social media. Hytalo had become known for organizing reality shows with teenagers, content that became the target of criticism for including relationships between young people and scenes interpreted as sexualized.
The defense said it will appeal the conviction. In a video released on Sunday (22), lawyer Sean Kompier Abib stated that the decision was based “solely on personal opinions” and disregarded elements presented in the process. He also classified the sentence as “prejudiced and discriminatory” when dealing with the influencer’s personality.
Hytalo and Israel were arrested in São Paulo on August 15, 2025 and, later, transferred to João Pessoa, where they remained in preventive detention since the 28th of that month. The Court of Justice of Paraíba is expected to resume on Tuesday (24) the analysis of a request for habeas corpus presented by the defense.
The couple is also facing proceedings in the Labor Court, in which they are accused of human trafficking for sexual exploitation and subjecting victims to conditions similar to slavery.
