In an interview, Milei says she supports the Bolsonaro family for the 2026 elections

Argentine President Javier Milei supported Flávio Bolsonaro for this year’s Brazilian presidential elections.

“In Brazil, I have friends. The Bolsonaro’s. I prefer a solution with the Bolsonaro’s and not a solution with 21st century socialism”, said Milei in an interview with Oppenheimer Presenta, from CNN in Spanish.

In response, Flávio Bolsonaro posted on X that, in addition to a friend, “Argentina will have a real commercial partner in Brazil from 2027!”. Her brother Eduardo also commented on the social network: “Milei has her moral compass up to date, she knows the dangers of communism, socialism, progressivism and all this Marxist rubbish – Argentina felt it first hand with the Kirchners”.

The Argentine president also once again harshly confronted Nicolás Maduro’s regime and ratified his alignment with the US in the fight against dictatorships.
