The INSS CPMI enters a decisive phase on Monday (8), when it will hear former Social Security Minister Carlos Lupi. The testimony should revolve around its management in front of the folder between 2023 and 2025 and the responsibility to investigate deviations in social security benefits that may have caused a break of R $ 6.3 billion.
The scheme, revealed by the Federal Police and the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU), involved discounts not authorized in retirement and pensions, validated by entities that would have forged registrations without actual ability to provide services.
