INSS retirees will receive $ 2.5 billion in late after court decisions
The Federal Court released R $ 2.5 billion for the payment of arrears of 157.6 thousand retired and pensioners of the INSS (Institute of Social Security) who earned 116,000 lawsuits against the agency.
The arrears are retroactive values that the beneficiary is entitled to receive for a period when the benefit was due, but was not paid by INSS error. They are paid by RPV (Small Value Requisition) of up to 60 minimum wages.
