Israeli attacks kill at least 36 people in Gaza, says hospital
Most of these deaths were caused by shots that, according to local residents, were fired by Israeli military. The military acknowledged that civilians were injured, saying that the Israeli forces received new instructions with “learned lessons.”
At least 50 more people were killed in other Israeli attacks in Gaza on Saturday, according to health officials, including an attack on Hamas’s head of the Hamas in Nusorde, downtown Gaza, in which 11 members of their family were also killed.
The Israeli military said they have reached deposits of weapons and stations of elite shooters of the militants in some locations in the enclave.
The war began when militants led by Hamas invaded Israel on October 7, 2023, killing 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and taking 251 hostages to Gaza.
Since then, the Israeli military campaign against Hamas in Gaza has killed about 58,000 Palestinians, most of them civilians, according to health officials, has shifted almost the entire population and plunged the enclave into a humanitarian crisis, leaving much of the territory in ruins.
